Accepting online payments
Connect Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal so customers pay invoices online with a card or bank transfer — typically dropping payment time from weeks to days.
An invoice with a Pay Online button gets paid 3-5x faster on average than one sent with bank-transfer instructions. Mewayz integrates with Stripe globally, Razorpay for India, and PayPal everywhere — pick whichever your customers already trust.
Connect a payment provider
- Open Settings → Payments.
- Click Connect on Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal.
- Sign in to the provider (or create a free account) and approve the connection.
- Choose which currencies to accept — defaults to your workspace currency.
- Save. The Pay Online button now appears on every new invoice automatically.
What the customer sees
When the customer clicks Pay Online on their invoice email, they land on a hosted Stripe/Razorpay/PayPal checkout — no Mewayz branding visible (unless you white-label it). They pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
Mewayz takes 0% — you only pay the standard Stripe/Razorpay/PayPal processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢). Same fees you'd pay using them directly.
