Client project portals
Share a read-only portal with clients so they see progress, files, and milestones — no Mewayz login required.
Client portals replace the 'where are we on the project?' email chain. Each project can have a public, branded portal showing milestone progress, recent updates, and shared files — without giving the client access to your full workspace.
Enable the portal
- Open the project → Settings → Client portal.
- Toggle Enable client portal on.
- Pick what's visible — Milestones (yes), Tasks (usually no), Files (yes), Comments (sometimes).
- Optionally white-label — your logo, your colours, your domain (Business or Agency plan).
- Copy the portal link and send it to your client. They get a read-only view, no login needed.
Client-side features
Clients can leave comments on milestones (notifies you), download shared files, and download/pay any open invoices on the project — all from the same portal page. Approvals (e.g. 'Design sign-off') can be granted via a button click.
For agencies on the Business plan, white-label the portal with your own domain (e.g. portal.youragency.com). Your clients never see the Mewayz brand.
