Creating and managing sub-clients
Provision sub-client workspaces under your white-label account so each customer has their own isolated environment that you manage centrally.
Sub-clients are individual workspaces you provision and manage on behalf of your end-customers. Each sub-client has their own users, data, and module set — fully isolated from other sub-clients. You see all of them from your central agency dashboard.
Create a sub-client
- Open Agency → Sub-clients → New sub-client.
- Enter the client business name, primary contact, and email.
- Choose which Mewayz modules they get access to — limit to the ones they're paying for.
- Set their plan tier (which determines limits like user seats, storage).
- Optionally set up trial period if you're letting them try before paying.
- Save. Mewayz provisions the workspace within 10 seconds; the contact gets a welcome email with login.
Manage existing sub-clients
From Agency → Sub-clients you can pause/resume access, change their plan, log in as them (read-only by default — explicit consent for write), see their billing status, and bill them directly via Mewayz invoicing.
Reseller pricing is bulk-discount tiered — the more sub-clients you have active, the higher your effective margin. Open Agency → Pricing to see your current tier.
