Managing orders and shipping
Process incoming orders — mark paid, generate shipping labels, print packing slips, send tracking — without leaving Mewayz.
Every order from your storefront shows up on Store → Orders with status, customer details, items, and the next action you need to take. Most orders go: Paid → Fulfilled → Shipped → Delivered.
The order workflow
- Order arrives. Status: Paid (or Pending if you accept manual payment).
- Print the packing slip — one click from the order detail.
- Pack the item. If you've connected a shipping carrier (USPS, Shippo, Shiprocket, DHL), generate the shipping label in Mewayz.
- Mark Fulfilled and paste the tracking number. The customer gets an automatic email with tracking link.
- When the carrier marks delivered, the order auto-closes.
Refunds and disputes
Refund any paid order with one click — Mewayz triggers the Stripe refund and updates the order status. Disputed orders (chargebacks) are flagged with a red badge so you can respond from inside Mewayz before Stripe's deadline.
Bulk-fulfill: select multiple orders → Bulk action → Mark fulfilled. Great for end-of-day shipping runs where you ship 20 orders at once.
