Managing orders and shipping

Process incoming orders — mark paid, generate shipping labels, print packing slips, send tracking — without leaving Mewayz.

Every order from your storefront shows up on Store → Orders with status, customer details, items, and the next action you need to take. Most orders go: Paid → Fulfilled → Shipped → Delivered.

The order workflow

  1. Order arrives. Status: Paid (or Pending if you accept manual payment).
  2. Print the packing slip — one click from the order detail.
  3. Pack the item. If you've connected a shipping carrier (USPS, Shippo, Shiprocket, DHL), generate the shipping label in Mewayz.
  4. Mark Fulfilled and paste the tracking number. The customer gets an automatic email with tracking link.
  5. When the carrier marks delivered, the order auto-closes.

Refunds and disputes

Refund any paid order with one click — Mewayz triggers the Stripe refund and updates the order status. Disputed orders (chargebacks) are flagged with a red badge so you can respond from inside Mewayz before Stripe's deadline.

Bulk-fulfill: select multiple orders → Bulk action → Mark fulfilled. Great for end-of-day shipping runs where you ship 20 orders at once.
