Setting up your booking calendar

Let clients self-book appointments without back-and-forth emails. Set your hours, services, and notification rules.

Bookings replaces Calendly for most Mewayz customers — clients see your live availability, pick a slot, and the appointment is confirmed automatically. Reminders go out by email and (optionally) SMS.

1. Connect a calendar

Open Bookings → Settings → Calendars. Connect Google Calendar (or Outlook). Mewayz reads your existing events to block off busy time, and writes confirmed bookings back to the same calendar.

2. Set your hours

Under Availability, set the days and times you accept bookings. You can have different schedules per day, multiple breaks (lunch), and override single days (vacation, public holiday). Time zone matters — set yours, and clients see slots in their own time zone automatically.

3. Add services

A service is one type of appointment — '30-min consultation', '90-min therapy session', etc. Each has its own duration, price (optional), and description. Clients pick a service before they see your availability.

4. Share your booking page

Your default booking page lives at mewayz.com/@your-username/book. Or embed it on your own website with a one-line widget — Bookings → Embed shows the snippet.

Turn on payment-at-booking and you can collect deposits or full payment when the client books — useful for no-show prevention.
