Upgrading or downgrading your plan
Switch between Free, Starter, Business, and Agency plans — at any time, with prorated billing and instant module access changes.
Plans can be changed any time, no contracts. Upgrade and you get instant access to the new modules and seat limits. Downgrade and the change applies at the end of your current billing period (so you don't lose what you've paid for).
Upgrade
- Open Account → Billing → Change plan.
- Pick the higher tier — Starter, Business, or Agency.
- Choose monthly or annual (annual saves ~17%).
- Review the prorated charge — only the difference from now to your next renewal.
- Confirm. Mewayz charges your card immediately; new modules and seats unlock within seconds.
Downgrade
Same flow, pick a lower tier. The change applies at the end of your current paid period — you keep full access until then, and don't pay anything more in the meantime.
Downgrading from Business to Starter loses team seats. If you're at the seat limit on the lower plan, Mewayz flags it and asks you to remove a teammate before the downgrade takes effect.
