Switching to annual billing
Save roughly 17% — about two months free — by switching your plan from monthly to annual.
Annual billing is exactly the same plan you're on now — same modules, same seat limits — billed once per year for the price of ten monthly payments. That's a ~17% discount, no other changes.
Switch to annual
- Open Account → Billing.
- Find your current plan card and click Switch to annual.
- Review the prorated charge — you'll be billed the difference between what you've paid this month and the annual price.
- Confirm. Your next renewal is exactly 12 months out.
What if I want to downgrade later?
Annual plans can be cancelled or downgraded at any time. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access through the end of the year you paid for — no refunds, but no surprise cancellation either.
If you're on a trial, the annual price you see in the plans table is what you'd pay when the trial converts — switching to annual after the trial is the same one-click upgrade.
