White-label email configuration
Send invoices, reminders, and notifications from your own domain ([email protected]) instead of from Mewayz.
Out of the box, white-label workspaces send emails from a Mewayz-managed address. To send from your own domain — [email protected], [email protected] — configure SMTP or use a service like SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark.
Connect SMTP
- Open Settings → White-label → Email.
- Pick a provider — SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES, or Custom SMTP.
- Get an API key (SendGrid/Mailgun/Postmark) or SMTP credentials (Custom).
- Paste them into Mewayz.
- Set your from-address (e.g. [email protected]) and from-name ('Your Agency').
- Click Send test email — Mewayz fires a test to your inbox so you can verify deliverability.
DNS records for deliverability
To actually land in inboxes (not spam), add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records for the from-domain. Each provider's docs show the exact records — Mewayz also reminds you with copyable values in the email settings page once you've connected.
Skipping SPF/DKIM works — but your deliverability rate drops 20-40%. Don't skip them. They take 5 minutes to add and the difference is dramatic.
