Kanban boards and task tracking
Drag-and-drop task tracking on Kanban boards — with sub-tasks, comments, attachments, and customisable columns.
Kanban is the default project view in Mewayz — columns for each status (To Do, In Progress, Review, Done), cards for each task. Drag a card between columns to update its status.
Customise your columns
- Open the project → click + Add column at the end of the board.
- Name the column (e.g. 'Blocked', 'Awaiting Client', 'QA').
- Drag to reorder. Right-click → Rename or Delete.
- Save layout — applies to this project only. Other projects keep their own columns.
Task cards
Click any card to open the task detail panel: description, assignee, due date, priority, labels, sub-tasks, comments, file attachments, and time logs. Sub-tasks have their own assignees and due dates — useful for breaking down a parent task across team members.
Prefer a list view? Click the View toggle (top-right of the board) — List, Calendar, and Gantt are all live, derived from the same underlying tasks.
