Setting up your sales pipeline

Customise your CRM pipeline stages to match how you actually sell — set probabilities, automate stage triggers, and stop forcing a generic template.

Mewayz ships with a default 5-stage pipeline (Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won), but every business sells differently. Customise it to mirror your actual process and your forecasts get a lot more useful.

Edit pipeline stages

  1. Open CRM → Settings → Pipelines.
  2. Add, rename, or reorder stages. Drag stages to change order.
  3. For each stage, set a win probability (used for weighted forecasting).
  4. Optionally add a stage description — shown as a tooltip when hovering on the Kanban.
  5. Save. Existing deals stay in their current stage; nothing breaks.

Multiple pipelines

Sell to two different customer types? Create a second pipeline (e.g. 'B2B Enterprise' and 'B2C self-serve'). Each deal lives in exactly one pipeline, and reports can be filtered per-pipeline.

Pair stages with automations — for example, auto-send a follow-up email when a deal hits 'Proposal' for 7 days with no activity. Configure in Automations → Triggers.
