Logging calls and activities
Log every call, email, meeting, and note against a contact or deal so the next person on your team picks up exactly where you left off.
An activity is anything you do with or for a contact — a phone call, an email sent, a meeting held, a note taken. Mewayz timelines them under the contact so the full history is one click away.
Log an activity
- Open the contact (or deal) and click + Log activity.
- Pick the type — Call, Email, Meeting, Note, or Task.
- Add a 1-line summary plus details. Sales tip: write what was said, not what you said.
- Optionally attach files (quote PDFs, contract drafts).
- Set a follow-up date if needed — Mewayz reminds you on the day.
Automatic activity capture
If you've connected Gmail or Outlook, sent and received emails to/from a contact are auto-logged to their timeline. No copy-pasting.
Tasks created from activities appear on your dashboard. Bulk-complete them from CRM → My tasks.
