Inviting your team members

Send teammate invitations, assign roles, and decide what each person can see and do in your Mewayz workspace.

Team seats are included on Starter (1 extra seat), Business (5 seats), and Agency (unlimited). Invitations go out by email and the new member sets their own password.

Send an invitation

  1. Open the sidebar and go to Users → Add user.
  2. Enter the teammate's name and email address.
  3. Choose a role — Admin (full access), Manager (operational access), or a Custom role you've defined.
  4. Optionally tick which modules they should see — leave blank for all.
  5. Click Send invite. They'll receive an email with a sign-up link valid for 7 days.

Roles & permissions

Admin can do everything except billing changes (which require the owner). Manager can manage modules and customer-facing data but not invite users or change permissions. Custom roles let you toggle individual capabilities — see Account & Billing → Roles.
