July 10, 2026 v3.8 · Feature
A faster front door, one clear view.
Your public pages now render instantly for visitors and search engines, and everything you run finally sits behind a single Business Overview.
New
- Public pages load instantly. Your Link-in-Bio, online store, portfolio and digital business card are now server-rendered — they arrive fully formed on the first paint, so visitors and search engines see your content faster.
- A single Business Overview. One new screen brings your whole business together across eight core areas — sales, customers, money, bookings and more — and drills straight into any customer’s full record.
- One list, every module. Your documents, expenses, reviews, calendar and tasks now each roll up into a single shared view, instead of living separately inside each module.
Improved
- A noticeably faster app. A round of performance work trimmed database load on the busiest pages and smoothed out slow spots in onboarding and dashboards.
Fixed
- Sign-in no longer blanks out. Fixed a rare white-screen on the login page.
- Your workspace switcher stays put. New accounts no longer lose the workspace switcher from the sidebar.
- Store stock & customers read true. Untracked products no longer show as “0 out of stock,” and guest buyers now appear as customers — with their abandoned carts — in your CRM.
- White-label onboarding. Fixed a Stripe Connect link that could return an error during reseller setup.
July 9, 2026 v3.7 · Feature
Give everyone you serve their own view.
Client portals now fit almost any business, your customers can pay invoices from them, and setup got friendlier everywhere — helpful hints instead of blank screens, more integrations ready to use, and a shorter first-run.
New
- A client portal for almost any business. Give clients, students, members and guests a secure login to see just their own bookings, rentals, training, exam registrations, contracts, applications, event tickets, hotel stays and more — and pay invoices right from the portal. Turn it on per business in settings.
- More integrations, ready to use. WhatsApp, Slack, Discord and Telegram are now live and configurable — no longer sitting behind a “coming soon” label.
- Privacy-first analytics consent. A GDPR-compliant banner now asks visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland to opt in before any analytics load.
Improved
- Never a blank screen. Empty lists and pickers across the app now show a helpful “nothing here yet — here’s how to add your first” hint, with a nudge to connect a prerequisite or integration when one is missing.
- A shorter setup. First-run is now two quick steps — your business and industry, then your modules — with a dedicated path for resellers and white-label partners.
Fixed
- One recovery email, not several. A lapsed payment now triggers a single recovery email instead of duplicates.
- Security hardening. Tightened access on several public pages and kept unpublished courses and posts out of public views and sitemaps.
July 9, 2026 v3.6 · Major
Take Mewayz beyond Mewayz.
A big one: sign your team in with your own identity provider, top up a balance so a busy month never blocks your account, and drop your forms, link-in-bio and digital card onto any website you own.
New
- Enterprise SSO (OIDC). Enterprise workspaces can let their team sign in through your own identity provider. Configure it once in settings — it stays off until you switch it on.
- A prepaid usage wallet. Top up a balance by card, turn on auto-recharge, and Mewayz draws from it when you go past a plan limit — so a busy month never freezes your account. Balance, top-ups and history all live on the new Wallet page.
- Embed your forms anywhere. Every public form can now be dropped onto any website. Grab the snippet with the new “Copy embed code” button in your forms list.
- Embeddable link-in-bio & digital cards. The same lightweight embed now works for your Link-in-Bio and digital business card pages, so you can surface them on any site you run.
- Website forms feed your CRM. Submissions from your SiteBuilder website forms now land straight in your CRM contacts — not a separate list you have to reconcile.
- Book from your own site. A new Booking block lets visitors book appointments directly on pages you build in SiteBuilder.
Improved
- Start in one step. New accounts can jump straight to the dashboard with “Start now” instead of walking the whole setup wizard first — the guided steps are still there when you want them.
- Find features faster. Optional modules are easier to discover under “Add features,” and switching one on now takes you straight to it.
- Undo a page edit. SiteBuilder now keeps page version history, so you can restore an earlier version — plus a dedicated blog-excerpt field.
Fixed
- No more blank-dropdown crashes. Fixed several pages that could error out because of an empty option in a dropdown.
- Clearer plans page. Removed a contradictory trial line and a couple of duplicate headings.
- Partner links open cleanly. Partner Dashboard, pitch, templates and scripts links now open in a new tab instead of loading as a broken panel.
July 8, 2026 v3.5 · Feature
A gentler on-ramp.
Less between you and a working workspace: a shorter sign-up, an industry-shaped starting point, an upgrade prompt that appears exactly where you need it — and the freedom to stay on Free for as long as you like.
New
- Stay on Free, forever. When a trial ends you can now keep going on the Free plan instead of hitting a wall — no card, no pressure. Upgrade whenever you’re ready.
- Pick your industry, get a real starting point. We replaced the generic “Business” option with 18 specific industry packs, so your workspace comes pre-shaped for what you actually do.
Improved
- A shorter sign-up. The register form now asks for the essentials first and keeps phone and SMS opt-in optional and last — fewer fields between you and your workspace.
- Upgrade in context. When you reach a plan limit — like your contact count — you now get a clear in-app prompt explaining what’s capped and how to lift it, right where you hit it instead of buried in billing.
Fixed
- Orders show the right customer. Fixed a bug where the orders list could show empty customer details.
- Google sign-in on the first try. Signing in with Google no longer fails on the first attempt.
- Connecting HubSpot. A missing-token error no longer bounces you to the plans page as if it were a billing problem.
- Checkout on smaller screens. The card-details popup no longer runs off the edge of the screen during checkout.
July 5, 2026 v3.4 · Feature
Switching in is one paste.
Coming from Linktree? Bring your links over in seconds instead of rebuilding your page from scratch.
New
- Import from Linktree. Paste your Linktree URL on the Link-in-Bio page and we pull in your links, title and bio automatically as a draft — review and publish whenever you're ready.
July 5, 2026 v3.3 · Patch
Fixes & reliability.
A patch day focused on tightening things up: clearer feedback when something goes wrong, a fixed OAuth sign-in flow for connected apps, and a handful of billing, email and login bugs closed.
Improved
- Clear feedback on failed actions. Actions that fail now show an explanatory toast instead of failing silently across the app.
- Referral link routing & a usage widget. Referral invite links now route correctly end-to-end, and you can see your usage against plan limits at a glance.
Fixed
- OAuth sign-in for connected apps. The authorize screen no longer errors when a third-party integration requests access.
- Win-back emails are delivering again. A bug kept some re-engagement emails to lapsed accounts from ever sending; fixed and the backlog has been sent.
- Login & register polish. Fixed a couple of translation gaps and a cookie-consent banner issue on the sign-in and sign-up pages.
- Trial billing edge case. Closed an issue that could miscalculate the trial window on some plan upgrades.
- Security hardening. Patched a file-upload handling issue in media uploads.
July 4, 2026 v3.2 · Pricing
Everything included. Clearer pricing.
The flat pricing reset is now live everywhere — one price, the whole suite, no per-seat and no per-module charges. We also retired lifetime deals, and made the parts of Mewayz that help you grow (not just run) much easier to find.
Changed
- One simple, flat ladder. Free $0, Starter $25, Pro $79, Business $229 per month — plus Agency and Enterprise white-label tiers. Every paid plan includes the whole app suite; you only pay more to move up a tier.
- Unlimited seats on Pro & up. Invite your whole team at no extra cost (Free is 1 seat, Starter 2). No per-seat surcharge, ever.
- No per-module slots. The full suite is on by default — turn any app on or off for free, nothing capped.
- Lifetime deals retired. We’re focusing on flat monthly and annual plans — annual gives you 2 months free.
New
- A clearer “grow, don’t just run” story. Goals & OKRs, real performance and KPI reviews, and a success co-pilot that scores activation, business health and churn risk from your live data — now front and centre.
- The Platform overview. One page for the whole connected suite, the grow layer, built-in AI and vertical depth.
- Play MOGUL. A free business-sim game — and the fastest way to see how the reseller model compounds.
- Pricing FAQ on the homepage. Straight answers on cost, seats, trials, fees and data ownership.
Improved
- 14-day free trial on every paid plan. A card starts it, but there’s no charge until it ends — and the Free plan needs no card at all.
- Honest fee wording. 0% on your store sales when you connect your own Stripe on any paid plan; the Free plan carries a small 5% platform fee that any paid plan removes.
July 4, 2026 v3.1 · Major
The connected business.
You’ve been running a platform, not a folder full of separate tools — and behind the scenes, the parts of Mewayz already talk to each other. This release makes that connection something you can see, and lays the groundwork for one customer record across everything you do.
New
- Your tools already talk — now it’s visible. Fulfil a store order and Mewayz raises the invoice, posts it to your books, works out commission and adjusts stock — no setup, no Zapier bill.
- Get paid once, everything downstream updates. A single payment marks the invoice paid, closes bookings and POS sales and enrols course buyers — across 20+ modules that take money.
- A sale never stops at the sale. New buyers flow into your CRM and newsletter, and can trigger a support ticket, fulfilment task, shipment or reorder nudge — across 40+ modules you control.
- One place for everything you publish. Store, link-in-bio, website, digital business card, forms and bookings in one workspace under one brand — your theme flows to every page automatically.
- See it, then start from it — the new Showcase. Browse real, live pages built on Mewayz at /showcase, and clone one of a dozen ready-made link-in-bio templates in a click.
- Quick-add, everywhere — now live. Add a customer without leaving the form you’re on. A “+ New” button beside the customer picker on quotes, sales orders and retainers creates the record and selects it in one step — no lost work. More entities and forms roll out each release.
- Contacts 360 — now live. Every order, payment, booking, invoice, enrolment and support ticket for a customer, on one timeline you open right from their contact record. No sync, no duplicate contacts.
- Portals — now available. Give your clients, students and vendors their own secure login to see only their own orders, invoices, bookings, course progress and tickets. Off by default — switch it on per business in settings.
July 4, 2026 v3.0 · Pricing
Simpler, fairer pricing.
One flat price, every module included, zero transaction fees. We rebuilt our plans around a simple idea: get everything Mewayz does from day one, and only pay more as your team grows.
New
- Every app on every paid plan. No more choosing a limited set of “module slots” — Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise all unlock the entire platform. Turn on what you need, hide the rest, change any time.
- A friendlier entry point — Starter at $25/mo. The full platform, every module included. Step up to Pro ($79) to go live with your own custom domain and no Mewayz branding; Business ($229) and Enterprise ($999) add unlimited seats, more storage and higher usage as you grow.
- 0% transaction fees, on every plan. Your store sales are yours — you keep 100%.
- Founding-member pricing. These are our launch rates. Join now and lock your price for 12 months, even as rates rise for later members.
Improved
- Clearer plans page. See exactly what you’re using — contacts, email sends, seats and storage — against your plan, with a heads-up before you hit a limit.
- Annual billing up front. Plans now show annual pricing by default (two months free) — switch to monthly any time.
- White-label reselling, streamlined. Reselling now lives in the Agency ($349, keep 100%) and Enterprise ($999, keep 100%) tiers.
July 2, 2026 v2.9 · Patch
Checkout, your way.
More control over how customers pay you, templates to skip the blank page, and one place to find every guide and tool inside the product.
New
- Cash on delivery — your call, per store. A new store setting lets you decide whether to offer cash on delivery at checkout. Turn it on for local orders, off for everything else.
- Link-in-Bio template gallery. Browse free, ready-made link-in-bio templates and start from one instead of a blank page.
- Resources hub. Every guide, tool, and course — quick-start, setup milestones, Mewayz Academy, and more — now lives in one place inside the app.
Improved
- Card-first checkout. When card payments are enabled, checkout now leads with the card form — buyers no longer had to spot a dropdown pre-set to another method.
- Store admin quality-of-life. Update order statuses in bulk, filter reviews and blog posts, search coupons, send an abandoned-cart email manually, and see your store’s own currency everywhere in the admin.
- Better on phones. Toolbars and list pages now wrap to fit small screens instead of scrolling sideways.
- Sharper text contrast across sign-in and the app (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Fixed
- Checkout — paying by card no longer lands on a “page not found” after a successful payment.
- Sign-in — fixed a rare “too many attempts” error on the first correct sign-in or verification-code submit.
July 1, 2026 v2.8 · Patch
Polish, access & languages.
A round of quality work: sharper storefronts, a more accessible product, and the whole platform now available in 16 languages.
New
- QR codes for Link-in-Bio. Generate a downloadable QR code for any link-in-bio page — print it on packaging, flyers, or a shop window.
Improved
- Accessibility. Skip-to-content links, descriptive page titles across 25+ screens, and labelled icons for screen readers (WCAG 2.1 Level A).
- Checkout now shows product thumbnails in the cart and order summary.
- Search — activating a module from search returns you to your original query, with context kept.
- 16 languages. The full product — not just the marketing site — is now translated across 16 languages.
Changed
- Trials now ask for a card. The Free plan is still free and needs no card. Paid-plan free trials now collect a card at signup — you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Fixed
- Storefront — image paths and rich-HTML product pages now render correctly across every storefront page.
- Link-in-Bio — platform detection and phone-preview layout now respect your chosen theme.
- Courses — subscriber management no longer errors on some workspaces.
- Integrations — an unconnected Google Sheets or YouTube integration now shows a clear “connect first” message instead of failing.
- Sign-in reliability improved during traffic spikes.
